Heat and Controls – Flower Mound, Texas
This project consists of a new 30,000-square-foot steel and Precast structure to accommodate the clients expanding office needs including warehouse, laboratory and demonstration area.
The design includes a three part conference/training area, open offices as well as specialized “think tank” areas for employee synergy. Additionally there are test areas and research modules for product development and testing.
